用法：

保心安油具有驱风镇痛、通窍消肿、活血止痒的功效。可用于伤风鼻塞、头晕头痛、肌肉扭伤、蚊叮虫咬、舟车晕浪。
保心安油只供外敷之用，不可内服，成人及2岁以上的儿童每日可在患处按部位大小，涂搽1/4毫升至二毫升，搽后轻轻按摩患处，一日四次，每隔三小时一次。
如果小孩腹痛使用，可由成人将保心安油搽于掌心，摩擦至热，然后把掌心按在其肚子上，十数秒便可见效。因风、寒、湿等引起的肢体疼痛或四肢麻木，将保心安油/膏适量涂在患处，轻轻按摩数分钟，一天数次，可达到驱风除湿，通痹止痛之功效，症状得以缓解或消失。
使用保心安油还应注意：保心安油适合成人及三岁以上儿童使用，只宜外用，不可擦近眼部、娇嫩皮肤或者受损伤皮肤，误服即到医院求诊，用后如引致皮肤敏感立即停止使用，用后7日病症无减退即停使用求医诊治，擦后切勿包扎。
