Pay with Wechat or Alipay
Dear Valued Customer,
To better accommodate some customers' shopping and payment needs, in addition to Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, and credit/debit cards, we also accept Alipay and WeChat Pay.
Payment Steps:
- If placing an order on the website feels inconvenient, you can add our WeChat ID: huiminherb, and we will assist you in placing the order manually.
- If you are placing an order on the website, first select "Other Payment" on the checkout page to create the order and obtain your order number.
- Add our customer service WeChat ID: huiminherb, and send your order number to the customer service WeChat.
- Our customer service team will review your order and respond to you promptly to assist with the payment process.
- Due to time zone differences, our response hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. Messages sent outside of these hours will still be attended to by on-duty staff, and you can typically expect a reply within 12-24 hours.
- You can also click "Contact Us" section on the website or by replying to any notification emails you receive.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
